Our story
Nellikka (Indian gooseberry, or amla) is sour, bright and full of vitamin C. Kaandhari (bird's eye chilli) is tiny, fiery and grown in Kerala backyards. Grandmothers have paired them for generations.
We blend them with lime, garlic, ginger, turmeric, curry leaves, mint and coriander into a ready-to-mix squash. Just add water.
